Dr. Vizzi completed advanced fellowship training at Orthopedic Research of Virginia, a program focused on joint reconstruction and sports medicine. His practice focuses on conditions of the shoulder, offering a full spectrum of care, from precise diagnosis and non-surgical treatment to advanced arthroscopic procedures and shoulder replacement when appropriate.

With experience as a team physician for professional and collegiate programs, and currently serving as a team physician for the Toronto Blue Jays, Dr. Vizzi understands both the physical demands placed on the shoulder and the personal goals that drive recovery. He prioritizes conservative treatment when possible before considering surgery. When surgery is necessary, Dr. Vizzi works closely with each patient to make a shared decision based on their goals, lifestyle, and expectations for recovery.
